Bihar BSPTCL Schedule of Rate (SOR) 2025 is the set of information indicating Rates of various Materials / Equipment/ Erection etc. by Bihar State Power Transmission Company limited (BSPTCL). 

The Rates mentioned in this SOR are indicative and to be used for preparation of Estimates and DPRs etc. It will bring uniformity and have less deviation in the costs of different estimates.

The Rates mentioned in this SOR are exclusive of any Taxes. 

Estimates should be framed after adding the following suitable components : 

(A) Freight & Insurance (F&I) @ 4% (four percent) of Supply Price Component should be added for Supply of Materials.

(B) Applicable GST (Goods & Service Tax) should be added on Supply components, F&I components and Erection components.

Variation of Rates :

It is to be noted that, the Rates of Materials/ Equipment/ Labour etc. differ from State to State and Company to Company as there can be minor differences in specifications, different terms of payments, timelines for supply of materials etc.

Civil Works :

i) Rates of civil works are to be taken from current SOR of BCD, Govt. Of Bihar. If required item rate is not available in SOR of BCD, rate of RCD, Govt. Of Bihar shall be applicable.

ii) SOR of WRD is applicable for tower protection from flood water/river water.

iii) For river crossing works, SOR of RCD, GOB shall be applicable. 

iv) If rates are not available in the aforesaid SOR, then rates shall be guided by CPWD SOR.
