Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) Basic Schedule of Rates (BSR) 2024 has been prepared and recommended for adoption by the Committee for all Rajasthan Housing Board RHB works across Rajasthan which is effect from 1 July 2024.
The Basic Schedule of Rates BSR - 2024 of Rajasthan Housing Board for buildings, roads and other works is here by approved & notified.
This will be applicable on all works of RHB which is listed below:
- General basic rates i.e. plant and machinery hire charge, Labour charges, carriage of materials etc.
- Building rates
- Sanitary works
- Electric works
- Lift work
- Horticulture works
- Road works
- Misc. works. related to building works.
