Punjab PRBDB CSR 2026 | Updated Common Schedule of Rates by Punjab Roads and Bridges development Board
- CSR helps to estimate of items such as excavation items, concrete items, demolition items, plumbing and electrification works of buildings.
- It is very helpful for planning and development of projects.
- It has 3100+ items of building works, water supply, roads and bridges which is used to prepare the Bill of quantity of their construction.
- As per CSR the construction materials are Item-wise rates are described.

Generally, the conditions of estimation, quantity surveying of construction is included. Any extra items included during or before construction should be planned as per the CSR.
