MADHYA PRADESH PWD SOR 2025 : PWD SCHEDULE OF RATES FOR ROAD AND BRIDGE WORKS 2025
Schedule Of Rates (SOR) is the standard list of rates of various items or works which helps the preparation of an estimate to set the rates of materials, Labour and services in construction projects. These rates are finalised on 11th April 2025 by Madhya Pradesh Road and Bridge Construction Works (MP-PWD RCD) 2025.
- It consists of Modern road construction techniques, utilising recycled materials from old roads have been incorporated.
- In This SOR These techniques are include Full Depth Reclamation (FDR), White Topping, Ultra-High-Performance Concrete (UHPC), Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP), Waste Plastic, GeoMesh, and Stamped Concrete.
- Implementing these methods will reduce costs, save time, and mitigate various construction-related challenges. Items related to White Topping have also been added to the SOR
- The importance of quality control, the rates for important testing equipment required for laboratory and the lab testing rates, test frequency table have also been included in this SOR.
- In this SOR the innovative road construction techniques have been included, providing engineers with the flexibility to adopt modern, efficient, and sustainable practices.
- All road and bridge construction work shall be carried out as per the norms specified in IRC codes, IS codes, and ASTM specifications. However, the specifications provided by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRT&H) shall take precedence over all other codes.
- This revised SOR is a significant step towards sustainable and efficient infrastructure development, ensuring environmental protection and the adoption of modern construction technologies.
